Welcome to Prostart Financial Consulting LLC<\/strong>, These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal contract between you (the \u201cClient\u201d) and us (the \u201cCompany\u201d), and govern the use of our services. credit boost<\/b> and financial assistance<\/b>.<\/p>\n

  • You hire us to help you improve your credit by disputing errors in your reports and, if you wish, to support you in financing applications.<\/li>\n
  • We only charge once the service has been completed, in compliance with CROA law.<\/li>\n
  • We do not offer legal or tax advice, nor do we guarantee specific results.<\/li>\n
  • You have the right to cancel within 3 business days at no cost.<\/li>\n
  • After that, you can cancel at any time by following our process.<\/li>\n
  • In order for us to help you, we need you to provide us with truthful and timely information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    1. Information we collect<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Credit counseling:<\/b>
    <\/b>This includes analysis of your credit report, preparation and sending of dispute letters to credit agencies and the corresponding creditors.<\/p>\n

    Funding (financial assistance):<\/b>
    <\/b>It includes a review of your account statements and credit history, eligibility assessment, and connection with lending partners.<\/p>\n

    What is NOT included:<\/b><\/p>\n

    • Legal advice.<\/li>\n
    • Tax or accounting advice.<\/li>\n
    • Guarantee of results (we cannot guarantee that specific accounts will be removed or that financing will be approved).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


      <\/strong><\/h3>\n

      2. Customer obligations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      The Client agrees to:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n
          \n
        • Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information.<\/li>\n
        • Forward to the Company any correspondence received from credit agencies within the 5 business days<\/b> following its receipt.<\/li>\n
        • Maintain an active credit monitoring subscription, if required for the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


          <\/strong><\/h3>\n

          3. Payment structure<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          Credit Repair (CROA):<\/b>
          <\/b>According to the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)<\/b>We do not charge any fees until the contracted services have been fully completed.<\/p>\n

            \n
          • The billing model can be by result (e.g., $X for each negative account removed) or monthly (e.g., $X per month, after the work for that month is completed).<\/li>\n
          • No advance payment is ever required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Funding:<\/b><\/p>\n

              \n
            • The Client accepts that, in the event of successful financing, the Company may charge a previously agreed commission.<\/li>\n
            • The Company may also receive commissions from partner lenders; this will be clearly and transparently disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n


              <\/strong><\/h3>\n

              4. <\/strong>Cancellation<\/b><\/h3>\n

              3-day right:<\/b>
              <\/b>The Client may cancel this contract without penalty or cost within the three (3) first business days<\/b> had he signed it.<\/p>\n

              Subsequent cancellation:<\/b>
              <\/b>After this period, the Client may cancel at any time by sending written notification with at least 30 days in advance<\/b>.<\/p>\n


              <\/strong><\/h3>\n

              5. Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/h3>\n
                \n
              • The Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.<\/li>\n
              • We do not guarantee specific results in the removal of negative accounts or in the approval of loans.<\/li>\n
              • The Company's maximum liability, under any circumstances, will be equivalent to the total amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months of service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


                <\/strong><\/h3>\n

                6. Explicit consent<\/strong><\/h3>\n

                Before sharing your information with lending partners<\/b> For financing options, we will request your clear and separate consent<\/b>.<\/p>\n


                <\/strong><\/h3>\n

                7. Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h3>\n
